Grid Force Hire supplies licensed electricians to sites across Victoria. We keep a checked pool of A-Grade sparkies and send the right ones to the right job, whether that's a data hall, a fit-out or a house.
Why we exist
There aren't enough sparkies to go round.
Victoria has more electrical work on than electricians to do it. Fit-outs, industrial upgrades, rail, the renewables and EV rollout, and data centres are all hiring from the same small pool. Contractors need licensed people at short notice, with the paperwork already done.
That's the job we do. We find good electricians, check the licence, the tickets and the clearances ourselves, and send the right people to the right site. Sparkies get work that fits around their own, paid weekly, with no lock-in. Contractors get people who can start on day one.
Grid Force is built around the people who stand on those sites. The standard is the one you'd want on your own job.
