Who we are

GridForce is an electrical labour-hire company operating in Victoria, Australia. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

  • Electricians: name, contact details, date of birth, address, driver's and electrical licence details, qualifications, tickets, security clearance details, availability, preferred rate, and uploaded documents (licence, CV, certificates).
  • Clients: company and contact details, and the particulars of the crew requests you submit.
  • Website visitors: basic technical data needed to operate the site securely.

How we use it

  • To verify electricians and match them to suitable work.
  • To fulfil client crew requests and coordinate assignments.
  • To meet our legal, compliance, tax and record-keeping obligations.
  • To communicate with you about your account and enquiries.

Who can see your data

Access is restricted by role. Electricians can only see their own records. Clients can see the workers assigned to them, but never other clients' data or electrician pay information. Rate and margin information is restricted to GridForce administrators.

Storage & security

Documents and personal data are stored securely with access controls. We retain records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then securely dispose of them.
